Meet Dr. Zhongxi Lin, a virtuoso pianist, composer and researcher hailing from United States. From the age of four and a half, Dr. Lin has dedicated herself to the pursuit of musical excellence. After completing her foundational education, she continued to refine her craft, earning degrees from prestigious institutions like Michigan State University and the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Lin's performances have graced renowned stages worldwide, including Carnegie Hall, where her talent shone brightly. As an Artistic Director, she has led transformative musical projects, collaborating with esteemed artists like Johnathan Tetelman and Warren Mok. Dr. Lin's dedication to gender equity in music is evident in her scholarly pursuits, particularly in her research on Amy Beach. Through her compositions, such as "R=0," she seeks to unite listeners across the globe during times of turmoil. Dr. Lin's vision extends beyond the concert hall, aiming to foster peace and understanding through the universal language of music.
